SRW CAVITY PANELS
The Cavity Panels are processed from Rock Wool Fibers bonded with thermosetting synthetic resin to form semi rigid/rigid panels of medium density. Cavity Panels are manufactured according to ASTM C-612 & EN 12162 requirements.
Application |
- It is designed for a wide range of application such as residential building, schools, hospitals, government and commercial offices.
- It is used for exterior or interior thermal & acoustical insulation.
|
Storage |
It must be stored in an area where it is protected from water exposure and physical damage |
Maintenance |
Once Cavity Panels are properly installed they do not need any maintenance |
Installation |
- Cavity panel is usually sandwiched between two walls of bricks or Gypsum wall boards.
- Can also be fixed on the exterior walls with fasteners, and then the last layer of wall (Marble or Aluminum cladding) is fixed.
- Cavity panels must at all times be closely butted, leaving no spaces for thermal or acoustical leaks.
|
